In our web App Foto123® Creator for designing photo products, at the beginning of each project, all your uploaded photos included in the project are stored on the server along with your graphic layout. Since modern photos take up a lot of space, the total amount of data on the server is quite large, but this space is limited.
It is important to mention that your data, once uploaded to the server, are encrypted and accessible only with your email address and password.We do not have access to them and cannot view them. Our access to the files prepared for printing is enabled only upon placing an order. However, your photos are not included in this process; only PDF files for printing individual pages are included.
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent automatic deletion from our end, so it’s important for you to take care of this yourself.
We understand that some projects may be needed for future orders or contain valuable data, so we will notify you via email well in advance before deleting the project. This way, we aim to provide you with enough time to take action and prevent the deletion of your important project.
Below, you can see how long individual projects are stored and what needs to be done to prevent deletion.

All ordered projects will be permanently removed from the server after 420 days. If you believe you will still need the project, simply make a copy of it. This copy will remain stored even after the specified period expires, and a new 200-day period will begin from the last saved change.
If you want to permanently store your projects for a longer period, we recommend creating them through our desktop app, Foto123® Creator. In this case, the projects will be stored on your computer until you decide to delete them yourself.

To prevent automatic deletion of the project, simply open it in the editor, make at least a minimal change, and save it. This way, a new 200-day period until the deletion of the project will start.

Every started project is automatically saved on the server, ensuring that it remains stored even if you close the browser window or your computer suddenly shuts down during work.
To prevent deletion of such a project, simply open it, make at least a minimal change, and save it. This will start a new 200-day storage period.
For worry-free storage of projects for longer periods, we recommend using our desktop App, Foto123® Creator. This allows you to save projects directly to your computer until you choose to delete them.

If you have uploaded photos to the project that you have not used, these photos will be automatically removed from the project after 200 days. To prevent the deletion of these photos, simply insert or use them in your design. This will keep the photos in the project and prevent their automatic removal.
