We are included in the EU tax OSS system, which means that VAT is paid in the country where the product is received and at its rate. The price list is valid from 09.04.2024. Delivery cost is not included in the price. You can check the shipping costs here.
Companies from EU countries other than Slovenia with a valid VIES VAT identification number!
After registering in the Foto123® Creator system, please send us your VAT identification number and username at info@foto123.pro. We will enable you to place orders without VAT. Of course, this is on the condition that the goods are delivered or transported outside the Republic of Slovenia.
We group orders into three weekly batches to optimize production.
Orders placed by Monday at 6:00 AM are shipped on Wednesday or ready for pickup after 2:00 PM on Wednesday.
Orders placed by Wednesday at 6:00 AM are shipped on Friday.
Orders placed by Friday at 6:00 AM are shipped on Tuesday of the following week.
Deadlines are approximate and may be extended due to holidays or unforeseen issues (e.g. machine breakdowns).
Unfortunately, we no longer offer express or priority production. In order to produce your items properly and with the required quality, we need sufficient time — this is the only way we can guarantee consistent, high-quality results.
